Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delay in payment may result in suspension of services.

 

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

All custom-developed designs, applications, and content will remain our property until full payment is received.

 

Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables will transfer to you, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

 

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio for promotional purposes.

 

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

 

We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or security breaches caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or external factors beyond our control.

 

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in india.
